Refund policy

At Zen Vibes Collective, we take great care in crafting every product in small batches with premium ingredients. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Change of Mind Due to the nature of our products — handcrafted botanical body oils and crystal roller oils — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of every product we sell.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at info.zenvibescollective@gmail.com before returning any item.

Tamper Evident Seal All Zen Vibes Collective products are sealed with a tamper evident seal for your protection. Products returned with a broken, damaged or missing seal will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.

Return Postage Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable postage method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Damaged or Faulty Products If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage

We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by Zen Vibes Collective.

Allergic Reactions We recommend patch testing all products before use. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We will assess on a case by case basis.
